An 18 year old fisherman living in a hut by the beach with his younger brother Terry, their widower father is away on convoy duty. Frank is actually the driving force behind the brother's lucrative burglary career. Caught in the act he is blackmailed by Jose de Perez into seditious sabotage and recklessly loses the money he is paid in illegal gambling dens. Not really a bad lad; he comes to the aid of Sgt Milner in his hour of need.
